Resetting a User's Password in Auth0
- Open the manager site and click the “Auth0 Dashboard” link in the top navigation.
- Once you have logged into Auth0, type a portion of the email address for the user being reset into the search box and press “Enter”.
- Click on the “Name” value for the user being reset.
- Once the user is selected, click the “Actions” menu to show the various actions that can be performed.
- Select the “Reset Password” action.
- In the dialog that appears, select “Licensing Portal” in the “Client” drop-down menu and click “Confirm”.
The result of this password reset will cause an email to be sent to the user allowing them to set a new password.
