Removing an Application from Hold Status
1. Open the manager site and select the “Applications” tab.
2. Select one of the applications in the “Hold” status.
3. If “License Information” is not selected in the left navigation, select it and then locate the drop-down menu for the application status.
4. Open the drop-down menu and select the “Open” status.
5. The application should now be in the “Open” status and can be dispositioned normally.
